Atesian Properties, Inc. is a family owned and operated commerical real estate and management company. We have been in the commercial real estate business since 1943 and specialize in the leasing and management of class 'A' office and retail buildings.

Our brokerage department has placed thousands of Tenants in locations throughout Michigan. All of our associates take their fiduciary duty to their clients very seriously, finding the very best location for their business. Through our years of hands on experience we have developed a proven system for managing and maintaining commercial properties. Our construction services enable us to provide a turn key move with seamless turn around. All of our services are provided from in-house staff.
